This is a Rada sharpener in model R131, cast brushed-aluminum handles. Every blade is T420 high-carbon stainless, hollow-ground so the edge stays thin behind the bevel rather than wedging through what you are cutting, and the handles are cast solid aluminum, so there is no hollow rattle and no rivet seam to loosen.
