This is a ratcheting box wrench, Wright Tool 9388, in 12-point, 1-1/16″ x 1-1/4″. Wright hot-forges its wrenches and drive tools from alloy steel at its own Ohio plant rather than buying forgings in, and the broaching is cut to hold on the flats of the fastener rather than the corners.
The ratcheting box end keeps the wrench on the fastener in a space too tight to reset a standard wrench, which is most of the work under a dash or behind a manifold.
