At 8 feet square this is a full vegetable plot rather than a starter bed — 64 square feet inside one cedar frame, with CritterGuard fence panels that fasten to the boards themselves.
The size suits a household growing enough to put food up for the season: a block of tomatoes, a run of beans and still room for squash. Because the fence is sized to the frame there is no gap at the corners, which is where wire fencing usually fails and rabbits get in.
Greenes Fence has been building cedar garden structures in Ohio since 1947, working with North American timber.
