All-Clad is the bonded stainless cookware that American home and restaurant kitchens have relied on for more than 50 years — a fully encapsulated aluminum or copper core bonded between layers of stainless steel, so heat spreads evenly to the edges of the pan and food doesn’t scorch in the center. The riveted handles stay cool enough to grip through an oven-safe bake.
The 12-inch D3 Fry Pan is the family-meal skillet — large enough to sear four steaks or cook a whole batch of stir-fry without crowding the pan. Three-ply construction (stainless/aluminum/stainless) heats evenly across the full 12-inch base, and the flared rim pours cleanly when you dump a pan of sauce. Oven-safe to 600°F.
All-Clad manufactures its bonded cookware in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania. The company has built its stainless cookware in the same Pittsburgh-area plant since 1971 and still operates its own rolling mill and bonding line — every D3 and D5 piece is bonded, stamped, polished, and assembled domestically.
