All-Clad is the bonded stainless cookware that American home and restaurant kitchens have relied on for more than 50 years — a fully encapsulated aluminum or copper core bonded between layers of stainless steel, so heat spreads evenly to the edges of the pan and food doesn’t scorch in the center. The riveted handles stay cool enough to grip through an oven-safe bake.
The 10-Inch D3 Covered Fry Pan adds a tight-fitting lid to the core 10-inch fry pan — the size most home cooks reach for first. The lid traps steam for braising, covers sautéed vegetables through the fond-building stage, and turns the fry pan into a small covered braiser for chicken pieces or pork chops.
All-Clad manufactures its bonded cookware in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania. The company has built its stainless cookware in the same Pittsburgh-area plant since 1971 and still operates its own rolling mill and bonding line — every D3 and D5 piece is bonded, stamped, polished, and assembled domestically.
