This is the Klein 647 — a 7-piece solid-shaft nut driver set in sizes 3/16, 1/4, 5/16, 11/32, 3/8, 7/16, and 1/2 inch, each on a 6-inch chrome-plated shaft. The chrome plating protects the shaft from corrosion on damp or outdoor jobs, and the magnetic socket tip holds the nut or screw in place so the tool can be one-handed on vertical work.
It’s the set for general service and commercial work — panel covers, device boxes, strut channel, and anywhere hex hardware needs to be driven cleanly. The cushion-grip handles are color-coded by size for instant size recognition, and the 6-inch shaft reaches into deep boxes without the handle bottoming out.
Klein Tools has been making hand tools for electricians and tradespeople since 1857, headquartered in Lincolnshire, Illinois. The Journeyman and Standard pliers lines — along with many of Klein’s cushion-grip screwdrivers — are forged and finished in the United States, and clearly marked as such, so you know exactly what you’re buying.
