This USA Pan nonstick loaf pan is made in Pittsburgh from heavy-gauge aluminized steel with a corrugated build for strength and even heat. The Americoat silicone-based nonstick is made without PTFE, PFOA, or BPA — a cleaner coating that still releases baked goods cleanly.
Specifically: a single-loaf pan built on the same corrugated aluminized steel used by commercial bakeries. The nonstick coating releases cleanly and the corrugation resists warping under oven heat. USA Pan is what a lot of commercial bakeries actually use, so the same pans you’ll find in a neighborhood bakery are what’s going in your oven at home.
USA Pan is made in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and is owned by American Bakeware, Inc. Every pan is stamped from aluminized steel, rolled with a corrugated pattern for strength and even heat, and finished with the brand’s Americoat silicone-based nonstick — all at the company’s Pittsburgh plant.
