The MICROJIG GR-562 Limited Edition Complete System ships as a two-piece pushblock set built around the patented 3D Force System that simultaneously applies downward, forward, and inward pressure to lumber as it crosses a saw or router blade. The system handles ripping, jointing, routing, and band-saw cuts on stock as narrow as 1/4 inch without leaving the operator’s hand near the spinning cutter. Each block carries adjustable legs, a center balance support, and a deflector that splits material away from the riving knife.
The double-piece configuration means a single user has both a leading and a trailing pushblock for hands-off control across long boards, plywood rips, dados, and shaped cuts on a router table. The yellow Limited Edition shells are the same engineered glass-reinforced nylon as the production GR-200 — they carry the same lifetime warranty, accept the same accessory ecosystem (Match-Fit dado stops, Pro-Series upgrades, replacement legs), and ship with the deflector kit installed.
MICROJIG manufactures the GR-Ripper line in Winter Park, Florida, and the GR-562 carries Made in USA designation per the manufacturer’s listing. Pair this complete system with a Microdial taper jig, a ZeroPlay miter system, or a GRR-RIP-BLOCK smart push block to round out a full MICROJIG safety setup at a shop bench.
