The MICROJIG GRP-11G is a 1/8-inch thin-rip replacement leg for GRR-Ripper 3D pushblocks. The green leg drops into the standard center-position slot on a GR-100, GR-200, or GR-281 and reduces the leg profile so the pushblock can ride a thin offcut against the rip fence without binding the riving knife or kicking the workpiece.
The GRP-11G is the part that turns a standard GRR-Ripper into a narrow-rip safety system. With the GRP-11G installed, the operator can rip 1/4-inch and 1/8-inch stock for box-joint material, narrow trim, and inlay strips while still applying the patented 3D Force System (down, forward, and toward the fence). The green color is intentional — it visually distinguishes the thin-rip leg from the production yellow legs at a glance, so a workshop running multiple GRR-Rippers can keep configurations sorted.
MICROJIG manufactures the GRP-11G in Winter Park, Florida — Made in USA per the manufacturer’s listing. Pair the GRP-11G with the RR-303 standard leg set when you want both narrow-rip and standard-rip leg configurations available on the same pushblock at the same time.
