CNC-machined from a solid block of aluminum — heavier in the hand than disposable cartridges, balanced for control rather than speed, and the pivoting head follows the contours of cheek, jaw, and chin without you having to fight the angle. Standard double-edge safety blades drop in (snap a blade in half for two uses), making per-shave cost about three cents.
Wet-shaving converts pick this up because cartridge razors get expensive fast and don’t shave as close. The pivot head is what makes it forgiving for guys still learning safety-razor technique — the angle adjusts itself instead of demanding you hold a perfect 30°.
Proof manufactures the razors in the United States and includes a genuine leather travel case, a suction-cup shower holder, and starter safety razor blades.
