A cap-style flagpole truck from Eder Flag (model RTC-1-238) sized for a 2-3/8 inch pole top with a satin aluminum finish. The truck is the rotating pulley assembly that sits at the top of an external-halyard flagpole and lets the rope move freely without binding.
This is the replacement part for installers and pole owners whose existing truck has seized, worn the pulley, or developed wind noise. Cap-style design covers the top of the pole completely, which protects the open pole end from rain and bird intrusion. Satin aluminum finish matches most standard aluminum flagpoles.
