The Omnipure K5615-JJ is the heavy-duty 12-inch K-Series inline carbon block filter — significantly higher capacity than the standard 10-inch cartridge. The 1 micron filtration rating with lead and cyst reduction is the foodservice-and-residential premium spec, removing more than just chlorine and taste compounds: the cartridge catches lead, cryptosporidium and giardia cysts (the chlorine-resistant pathogens that contaminate municipal water supplies), and fine particulates down to 1 micron.

K-Series JJ fittings are the quick-connect inline standard — pulls out of the existing line, snaps in to replace, no tools required. The 12-inch length provides extended cartridge life compared to 10-inch standard cartridges, typically running 1500+ gallons or 12 months in residential use before requiring replacement.
