Lodge has been pouring cast iron in South Pittsburg, TN since founder Joseph Lodge fired up the foundry in 1896 — five generations of family ownership and the last full-scale American cast iron manufacturer. Each pan is cast from recycled iron, sand-blasted, electrostatically pre-seasoned, and inspected before shipping.

Built for searing steaks, baking cornbread, frying eggs, and roasting in the oven. Works on induction, gas, electric, grill, and over open campfire coals. Hand-wash, dry, and rub with a thin layer of oil — it’ll outlast everything in your kitchen.
