The Annin Flagmakers Bennington Traditional Flag is a reproduction of the historic 13-star flag flown at the Battle of Bennington in 1777 during the Revolutionary War. The design features a large “76” in the canton surrounded by 13 white stars arranged in an arc — one of the earliest variants of the American flag and a symbol of the early Republic.
The flag is flown by historical societies, Revolutionary War reenactors, museum displays, and homeowners who want to mark Independence Day or other historical commemorations with an authentic period flag. The traditional design and Annin’s American-made construction make it suitable for outdoor flying or indoor display.
Annin Flagmakers has been making American flags continuously since 1847 in New Jersey, Virginia, and Ohio. FMAA-certified, family-owned across six generations. The company supplied the ceremonial flags for Lincoln’s funeral, the Apollo moon landings, and every modern presidential inauguration.
