The POLYWOOD Chippendale 48 Inch Glider is a two-seat outdoor garden glider — the bench that swings smoothly on a fixed base rather than rocking front to back. The Chippendale latticework back gives the piece its traditional English garden look, and the 48-inch width seats two adults with room for a small dog between them.
Built from POLYWOOD’s HDPE lumber, the glider never splinters, never rots, and never needs paint. The smooth glide mechanism uses sealed bearings that resist corrosion through years outdoors. Stainless steel hardware resists rust in coastal salt air. The seat slats drain water through, and the whole piece wipes clean with a wet cloth.
