This is the storage module that makes an outdoor kitchen usable. A right-hinged soft-close door opens onto the cabinet space beneath your grill, and beside it three full-extension drawers hold tools, foil, thermometers and everything else you would otherwise be walking back inside to fetch.
Alfresco builds it from commercial-grade 304 stainless steel with heli-arc welded seams, the same fabrication standard it uses on its restaurant-grade grills. That matters outdoors: welded seams do not open up, and 304 stainless does not streak with rust the way cheaper 430 does after a couple of winters.
The soft-close hardware on both the door and the drawers means nothing slams shut in a gust of wind. Alfresco manufactures every unit at its plant in City of Industry, California.
