This is the Lodge 10.5-inch round griddle — a flat cast iron cooking surface without raised sides, sized to sit over a single burner. The flat surface is what sets it apart from a skillet: pancakes flip without catching a sidewall, tortillas heat evenly across the whole surface, grilled cheese presses flat, and quesadillas can be slid off without tilting.
It’s the piece that lives on the cooktop for breakfast rotations and anything that benefits from a large flat surface rather than a bowl shape. Pre-seasoned with vegetable oil and ready to cook out of the box. Works on induction, gas, electric, and over a grill or fire.
Lodge has been making cast iron cookware in South Pittsburg, Tennessee since 1896 — the longest continuously operating cast iron foundry in the United States. Every traditional black cast iron piece in the Lodge lineup is cast, seasoned, and packed at that Tennessee foundry.
