This is Fiesta’s Medium Oval Serving Platter in Twilight — an 11 5/8-inch oval in the deep navy-indigo Twilight glaze. The oval shape is the right silhouette for items that don’t fit a round platter cleanly: whole roasted chicken, a filet of salmon, sliced beef tenderloin, or a row of appetizers plated down the length of the table.
