This is the Nordic Ware 2 Burner Backsplash Griddle — a cast aluminum flat-top that spans two burners, with one side raised as a backsplash guard. The raised back edge blocks bacon grease, pancake batter spatter, and egg-flipping splashes from reaching the wall or cooktop controls behind the stove, which keeps the after-breakfast cleanup down to the pan itself.
The cast aluminum body heats evenly across the full two-burner surface so food at the back cooks the same rate as food at the front. Flat cooking surface for pancakes, eggs, sausages, and grilled sandwiches in volume. The nonstick interior releases food cleanly, and the handles stay cool enough to grip off the stove. Gas and electric compatible.
Nordic Ware has been manufacturing bakeware in Minneapolis, Minnesota since 1946. The company invented the Bundt pan in 1950 and still casts, spins, and coats every piece in its Naturals, Bundt, and cast aluminum lines at that same Minnesota factory — one of the last family-owned American bakeware makers still building its core products at home.
