The All American 1930 Ultimate 60/40 Griddle is a cast-aluminum cooking surface split into a larger and a smaller zone — the 60/40 layout — and finished with a PFAS-free ceramic non-stick coating. The thick aluminum spreads heat evenly across both zones so you can run different foods at different paces without hot spots or warping.
Use the big side for pancakes, eggs, or a batch of smash burgers and the smaller side for bacon, vegetables, or keeping food warm — all at once over a gas, electric, or flat-top burner. The ceramic face releases food cleanly and wipes down with a cloth instead of scrubbing.
All American has manufactured its cookware and canning equipment at the Wisconsin Aluminum Foundry in Manitowoc, Wisconsin since 1930, known for heavy cast-aluminum builds that last for generations.
