The All American 1930 Ultimate Flat Griddle is a single-piece cast-aluminum cooking surface finished with a PFAS-free ceramic non-stick coating. The thick aluminum body spreads heat evenly edge to edge, so you do not get the hot spots and warping that thinner griddles develop, and the ceramic release means eggs and pancakes slide off without a slick of oil.
Set it over a gas burner, electric coil, or flat-top range for breakfast spreads, smash burgers, grilled sandwiches, or a batch of vegetables, and the flat surface gives you room to cook several things at once. When you are done, the non-stick face wipes down with a cloth instead of soaking and scrubbing.
All American has manufactured its cookware and canning equipment at the Wisconsin Aluminum Foundry in Manitowoc, Wisconsin since 1930. The company is known for heavy cast-aluminum builds and a metal-to-metal precision that has kept its products in kitchens for generations.
