All-Clad is the bonded stainless cookware that American home and restaurant kitchens have relied on for more than 50 years — a fully encapsulated aluminum or copper core bonded between layers of stainless steel, so heat spreads evenly to the edges of the pan and food doesn’t scorch in the center. The riveted handles stay cool enough to grip through an oven-safe bake.
The D5 10-Piece Cookware Set is the five-ply version of the All-Clad set — stainless/aluminum/stainless/aluminum/stainless, which delivers even more temperature stability than D3 for slow sauces and delicate work. The set covers 8-inch and 10-inch fry pans, 2-quart and 3-quart saucepans, 3-quart sauté, and 8-quart stockpot with lids — a complete kitchen in one order.
All-Clad manufactures its bonded cookware in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania. The company has built its stainless cookware in the same Pittsburgh-area plant since 1971 and still operates its own rolling mill and bonding line — every D3 and D5 piece is bonded, stamped, polished, and assembled domestically.
