The Allen Edmonds Park Avenue Dress Boot takes the brand flagship cap-toe oxford and builds it at boot height, in black leather on the 212-step Goodyear-welted construction. You get the same clean cap-toe formality with a lace-up ankle shaft that adds coverage and structure for fall and winter.
It wears with a suit when the weather turns, holds up over trousers for the office, and pairs with dark denim for a sharper cold-weather casual look. The welted leather sole can be resoled, so the boot rebuilds over years like the oxford it is based on.
