The Expedition Canvas 48-Can measures 24 x 10 x 12 in and is constructed from a 600-denier canvas shell over 3/4-inch closed-cell high-density foam. The interior is a fully welded TPU liner with no stitched seams through the waterproof layer, so meltwater stays inside the bag. The navy blue exterior carries a heavy-duty coil zipper, reinforced stress points and a removable adjustable shoulder strap.
Loaded capacity is 48 cans plus 24 lbs of ice, and the closed-cell foam holds ice up to 24 hours in ambient conditions. The cooler collapses flat when empty for storage and the canvas shell resists abrasion at the corners and base where soft coolers usually fail first. The welded liner wipes clean and does not absorb odors the way stitched-and-taped liners do.
AO Coolers is based in Fort Worth, Texas, and has built soft-sided coolers there since 2005. The Expedition Canvas line is listed in the company’s own USA-made collection, which distinguishes it from the imported Original, Laguna, Caravan, Ballistic and Nomad series. AO backs the cooler with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.
