The Atlas is American Made Grills’ 36-inch built-in, and it is built the way commercial kitchen equipment is built: heavy-gauge 304 stainless, welded rather than bolted, with burners rated for the kind of use that would destroy a big-box grill in three seasons.
Thirty-six inches gives you enough grate to run a hot searing zone and a cooler holding zone at the same time, which is what separates cooking on a grill from just burning things on one. The natural gas configuration means you plumb it once and never touch a propane tank again.
American Made Grills manufactures the Atlas line at its Huntington Beach, California facility, where all of its grill metalwork is done.
