The Benchmade Mini Freek is a compact everyday-carry folder built around a CPM-M4 tool-steel drop-point blade — a steel prized for toughness and long edge life under hard use. The drop point is a versatile slicer with a strong tip.
The dual-durometer handle combines a rigid core with a grippy overmold for a secure hold, and the AXIS lock opens one-handed either way and locks solid. It is a smaller-carry knife that still cuts like a full-size hard-use blade.
Benchmade has built knives at its Oregon City, Oregon factory since 1996, assembling every blade in the USA, and is known for premium steels, precise manufacturing, and its free LifeSharp lifetime sharpening service.
