This is Fiesta’s Bistro Coupe Large Bowl in White — 68 ounces in the bright gloss-white glaze that’s been part of the Fiesta lineup since the original 1930s release. The Bistro Coupe large is wide, low-sided, and rimless; 68 ounces handles a full pound of pasta, a large salad, or a full batch of roasted vegetables to serve family-style.
White is the piece long-term Fiesta collectors use as a base — it sits under every colored piece without clashing, and on a mixed-color table it lets the food be the color. The bowl shows off the food rather than framing it with pattern. Dishwasher, microwave, and oven-safe to 500°F.
Fiesta has been making this dinnerware at its factory in Newell, West Virginia since 1936 — one of the longest-running domestic pottery operations in the country. Every piece is cast, fired, and glazed at that Newell plant, which is why the colors stay consistent from one collection to the next.
