Drop-forged from American C1080 high-carbon steel with the same laser-heat-treated cutting edge as the bigger pliers. 6-inch frame is the precision size — enough nose length for getting into tight spots, short enough handle for finger-tip control. Knurled jaws grip without slipping; integrated wire cutter works on smaller-gauge wire.
The electronics and electrical-work plier. Used for component leads, small wire bends, jewelry findings, and fly-tying applications. Pairs with the Channellock 318 8-inch and 369 9-inch for a full long-nose set.
Channellock has been forging pliers in Meadville, Pennsylvania since 1886.
