The USA Pan Half Sheet Cooling Rack is a nonstick wire steel rack sized to drop into a half-sheet pan — turning the sheet pan into an raised rack roaster for bacon, chicken thighs, or oven-fried foods, and doubling as a standalone cooling rack for cookies and cakes.
