This is the KwiKool KHIB1411, an air-cooled portable heat pump on the Iceberg platform rated at 13,850 BTU/hr cooling and 17,010 BTU/hr heating. The self-contained unit rolls to where conditioning is needed and ducts its exhaust.
It carries server closets and work areas through both seasons with one machine — spot cooling through summer loads, heat through winter cold snaps — without separate units for each.
