The Libman Scrubster (Model 03103) is a hybrid floor mop with a stiff-bristle scrub strip running across the front of the head and a sponge cleaning surface behind it. Push forward to scrub built-up grime out of grout lines and tile texture; pull back to mop up loose dirt with the sponge.
The combo head handles kitchens, bathrooms, mudrooms, and basements where a plain mop just smears stubborn residue. The handle is long enough to work standing without bending over, and the head pivots for under-cabinet and corner work.
Libman has manufactured American cleaning tools in Arcola, Illinois since 1896 — a fourth-generation family company and one of the few American mop and broom makers still producing domestically.
