This is Aero Tech Designs’ Men’s Elite Cycling Jersey in royal blue, cut from moisture-wicking Coolmax polyester that is itself manufactured in the USA. The fit is full and tailored rather than race-tight, with raglan sleeves, black accent panels, and a 3/4-length front zipper.
It covers long rides and commutes with three back pockets for the day’s cargo and reflective elements on both arms plus two points on the back for 360-degree visibility. Sizes run small through 4XL, and it pairs with the brand’s Elite Endurance bibs and Slasher tights.
