Inspired by her years of creating stained glass window panels, our artist has applied her skills to the art of jewelry design and wearable art. Just as with window panels, the stained glass elements are encased in copper foil, joined to metal with a lead-free solder, and waxed by hand. Best of all, the artist places the glass segments in eye-catching mismatched positions that provide a fun statement for women for all ages and draw the curiosity of the eye. The iridescent blue opal glass changes color as it hits the light, with glowing highlights that may include blue, yellow, green, and/or magenta. All metal segments include a black patina that reflect the timeworn look of classic stained glass panels. Ear wires are brass plated. Made by hand in Minnesota.
