This is the Green Toys Mixer Construction Truck — a toy cement mixer with a barrel that actually spins on its axis and a chute on the back that pours out whatever’s inside. Kids scoop sand or imaginary concrete into the drum, spin the mixer as the truck rolls across the yard, and pour the load out at the construction site at the end of the ride.
