This is the Rite in the Rain No. M973 Monsoon cover, a 7.875 x 5.5 inch notebook cover cut from smooth, flexible TPU that is tough to gouge or tear. Elastic spinal cords inside hold extra stapled, spiral, or hard-cover books, and a webbing closure strap cinches the contents shut.
It wraps the notebook that rides in a duty bag, tool tote, or saddle bag, keeping pages, cards, and a pen organized in one weatherproof package. The card holder inside the front cover keeps licenses and reference cards where a wet pocket can’t claim them.
