This is the Nordic Ware Cardamom ceramic nonstick 10-inch wok — an aluminum-body wok with a warm cardamom exterior finish and a PFAS-free ceramic nonstick interior. The 10-inch size is the right scale for a home range: big enough to stir-fry a full dinner for two or three without crowding, small enough to heat quickly on a residential burner and handle easily with one hand.
Ceramic nonstick cooking surface releases food without traditional nonstick chemistry — no PFAS, no PTFE, just a smooth mineral coating that lets eggs, rice, and vegetables slide out cleanly. The sloped sides are what make it a wok rather than a skillet: they give you the surface area to push ingredients up out of the heat once they’re done, which is how a proper stir-fry keeps from overcooking. Works on gas and electric; oven-safe up to 350°F.
Nordic Ware has been manufacturing bakeware in Minneapolis, Minnesota since 1946. The company invented the Bundt pan in 1950 and still casts, spins, and coats every piece in its Naturals, Bundt, and cast aluminum lines at that same Minnesota factory — one of the last family-owned American bakeware makers still building its core products at home.
