This is the Nordic Ware Naturals quarter sheet pan in a 2-pack — two 9 x 13-inch pure aluminum sheet pans, half the size of a standard half sheet. The quarter sheet is the size that actually fits inside most toaster ovens, countertop convection ovens, and smaller apartment ranges, and it’s the right size for cooking for one or two people without heating an oversized pan.
Pure aluminum heats evenly and cools fast — the same commercial-kitchen construction as the half sheet, just scaled down. The reinforced steel rim keeps the pan flat through repeated high-heat cycles. Two pans are better than one because one can be loading in while the other finishes baking, and for small-batch work they nest neatly for storage.
Nordic Ware has been manufacturing bakeware in Minneapolis, Minnesota since 1946. The company invented the Bundt pan in 1950 and still casts, spins, and coats every piece in its Naturals, Bundt, and cast aluminum lines at that same Minnesota factory — one of the last family-owned American bakeware makers still building its core products at home.
