This is the Nordic Ware Original Bundt in Graphite — a 12-cup cast aluminum Bundt pan with a dark graphite exterior finish. The graphite color is more than cosmetic: the darker finish absorbs oven heat a little faster than the silver version, which produces a slightly deeper, more caramelized crust on the outside of the cake. Bakers who like a richer bundt color tend to prefer this finish.
Same 12-cup capacity and classic fluted ring shape as the silver Original, so any Bundt recipe you know works in this pan without adjustment. Cast aluminum conducts heat evenly through every ridge, the nonstick interior releases cakes cleanly, and the twin handles make it safe to invert a full pan onto a cooling rack. Made in Minneapolis from the same cast aluminum as every Nordic Ware Bundt.
Nordic Ware has been manufacturing bakeware in Minneapolis, Minnesota since 1946. The company invented the Bundt pan in 1950 and still casts, spins, and coats every piece in its Naturals, Bundt, and cast aluminum lines at that same Minnesota factory — one of the last family-owned American bakeware makers still building its core products at home.
