The Ontario 8870 RAT1A SP adds assisted-opening to the Rat I platform — same blade geometry, AUS-8 stainless steel, and reliable Rat-series frame, but with a spring-assist mechanism that flips the blade fully open from a half-open position. Black coating, black nylon handle.
