Chip rolls are a thinner, smaller-diameter rawhide than the heavy 8-inch rolls — sized for dogs under about 35 pounds or for any dog who tends to gulp big rolls instead of chewing them. The beef-and-chicken coating gives them more flavor pull than plain natural rawhide, useful for pickier eaters.
Use these as the everyday after-walk chew, the calm-down treat when company arrives, or the boredom-buster on rainy afternoons. Eighteen rolls runs most small-to-medium dogs about two months at one chew every couple of days.
