Three nesting tempered soda-lime glass bowls — 1 quart, 1.5 quart, 2.5 quart — designed to fit one inside the other for compact storage. Microwave, oven, freezer, and dishwasher safe; the same tempered-glass body that’s been in American kitchens since 1915. Each bowl has a slight rim for hand-grip and pour control.
The mise-en-place set. Used by every cooking-school knife-skills station, in test kitchens, and as the stack of prep bowls every home cook reaches for. Microwave-melt butter in the small, mix dry ingredients in the medium, whisk wet ingredients in the large.
Pyrex has been making tempered-glass kitchenware in Charleroi, Pennsylvania since 1915.
