The USA Pan Quarter Sheet Pan is a 13 x 9.5 x 1 inch baking sheet — the right small-batch size for half-recipes, toaster ovens, smaller air-fryer ovens, and one- or two-person sheet-pan meals. The compact footprint fits in toaster ovens that don’t accept a full half-sheet.
Corrugated bottom raises the pan off oven racks for airflow that prevents bottom-burning. Aluminized steel construction conducts heat evenly, and the warp-resistant frame holds its shape through high-heat use.
