This is the Grate Tool, a stainless spatula shaped specifically around GrillGrate panels. The blade is thin enough to get under food sitting in the valleys between rails, where a normal spatula just skates across the top and tears the crust off.
The other end is the useful part: a hook that grabs a hot GrillGrate panel and lifts or flips it without gloves and without a pair of tongs in your other hand. Between the two, it is the tool you keep next to the grill rather than in the drawer.
