USA Pan has manufactured aluminized steel bakeware in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania since 1959 under the Pittsburgh-based parent Bundy Baking Solutions. Heavy-gauge construction resists the warping that plagues lightweight sheet pans under high heat.
Use the mini sheet for half-batch cookies, single-serving roasted vegetables, and toaster oven baking. The corrugated surface lifts food off the pan for even browning.
