This is a combination wrench, Wright Tool 31138, in 12-point, 1-3/16 inch. Wright hot-forges its tools from alloy steel at its own Ohio plant rather than buying forgings in, and the working faces are cut to bear on the flats of the fastener rather than the corners.
Box end for breaking a fastener loose, open end for spinning it off once it moves.
Wright Tool has hot-forged hand tools in Barberton, Ohio since 1927, and publishes a per-SKU disclosure for the small share of its line that is not US-made.
