This is a socket set, Wright Tool 356, in 6-point, 3/8-inch drive, 8MM to 19MM, 12 pieces. Wright hot-forges its wrenches and drive tools from alloy steel at its own Ohio plant rather than buying forgings in, and the broaching is cut to hold on the flats of the fastener rather than the corners.
A drive set that covers a size range in one tray, so a teardown does not stall while you look for the one socket that walked off. This one is metric.
Wright Tool has hot-forged hand tools in Barberton, Ohio since 1927, and publishes a per-SKU disclosure for the small share of its line that is not US-made.
