The 3478 is a micro-adjustable click torque wrench with a 30 to 200 inch-pound range. The fine adjustment lets you land on a precise low-torque value, and the mechanism breaks audibly when the fastener reaches it.
It covers instrument panels, small covers and housings, and light assembly hardware where foot-pound wrenches are far too coarse and over-tightening cracks a part.
Wright Tool has forged hand tools in Barberton, Ohio since 1927, using no foreign blanks and only U.S. steel.
