This is a case pack, not a single knife — twenty-four 3-1/4 inch Sani-Safe paring knives in a counter display box. Each is the standard DEXSTEEL high-carbon blade with a textured white polypropylene handle moulded onto a full tang.
Case quantities go to the places that lose parers steadily: prep kitchens, catering operations, camp and school foodservice, and retail counters that sell them one at a time. The display box is designed to sit on a shelf and be picked from rather than unpacked.
Dexter-Russell has manufactured cutlery in Southbridge, Massachusetts since 1818 and is the oldest cutlery maker still operating in the United States.
