The Klein J203-8 is an 8-inch needle-nose plier with side-cutting knives. It has a slim head, extended handles, induction-hardened cutting knives, and a hot-riveted joint.
The slim nose fits into junction boxes, equipment enclosures, and other confined areas where a standard plier cannot sit flat against the work. Extended handles add reach and leverage, so the user can grab deep inside a cabinet or bend a stubborn wire with less hand effort. The heavy-duty cutting section handles wire cleanly, and induction-hardened knives hold their edge on repeated cuts.
Common tasks are looping wire around a terminal screw, pulling small fasteners out of tight clearances, holding a small part for soldering, and reaching into panels during rough-in and trim-out.
Forged in the USA from U.S.-made tool steel with dual-material Journeyman handles.
