The John Boos BBQ Series 17×21 Inch Walnut Cutting Board is the company’s purpose-built barbecue and carving board, sized at 17×21 inches to handle whole brisket, pork shoulder, smoked turkey, and rib racks the smaller 18×12 boards can’t accommodate. The juice groove cut around the perimeter of one face catches the runoff that comes off any properly-rested smoked meat without sending it across the cutting station.
